"Before my purchase I made a Price Match enquiry which was rejected with the information given 'we are unable to match the price you mention due to a price increase on this product.'. I still decided to proceed with the purchase due to very positive customers reviews. I purchased the item on Wednesday 23/03. When I did not receive it and did not receive a dispatch confirmation I contacted Customer Care on Thursday 31/03. I was informed the item was dispatched on Monday 28/03 and was given the tracking number to check with Parcelforce. The information I received from my tracking was the item was collected from the Seller on Thursday afternoon 31/03. I finally received my purchase on Saturday 2/04, 10 days after placing my order. It was stressful time for me and my family as the item I purchased was the travel system for my unborn , so I was really worried I would not be delivered on time.
The positive side was time the Customer Care took to respond to my queries and the travel system is as described."

"very surprised with the email asking for a review when the pushchair I attempted to purchase was refunded without explanation only for me to find it readvertised at a much more expensive price!
